So here I am in Adelaide, South Australia deep in rehearsals with the Lost & Found Orchestra in preparation to be part of one of the opening acts of the Adelaide Festival. It's going well and it all seems to be coming together quite quickly even though we haven't done the show since Moscow two years ago. We also have the added bonus of having another 250+ local performers dong the show with us. It's gonna be huge. We are doing two shows, hopefully to an audience of 10,000+, on Saturday 3rd and Sunday 4th March in Elder Park, Adelaide. I feel very excited and privileged to be here doing this. Best job in the world.
On matters MOOOSE, I'm still waiting on Steve Kellner to listen to the mastered version of the tracks because, as I've said before, I trust his ears far more than I trust my own. In the meantime and in my downtime here in Oz I'm putting together a video for the track 'We Don't Want Your War'. There's actually no 'video' in this video - just a collection of photos, (some quite brutal), taken from the interweb and titles but it gets the point across. An angry video for an angry track. Me in protest mode. Inspired by the music video for Prince's 'Baltimore'.
I'm also stepping up training for the decathlon...but that's another story.
